imgXchange.net is a legitimate, professional platform that allows users to upload and sell access to premium images using cryptocurrency payments. Users can upload preview images and premium images, set pricing, and receive payments in various cryptocurrencies. No subscription, account registration, or credit card is required. We only take a percentage of successful sales.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you upload to the platform
• You must own or have the right to sell the images you upload
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet addresses
• You must provide accurate payment information
• You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights

5. Payment and Payouts

• Payments are processed through NOWPayments, a reputable cryptocurrency payment processor
• You receive 70% of the payment amount in the cryptocurrency the customer paid with
• Payouts are processed when you reach approximately $20 USD in earnings
• Cryptocurrency prices are volatile and may affect the actual value received
• You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses for payouts
• Payouts are processed manually by our team on a best-effort basis, typically within 24-72 hours
• We maintain transparent payment records and provide detailed transaction history

6. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

• Once a payment is processed and the premium image is accessed, no refunds will be issued
• This includes cases of technical issues, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with the content
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature
• We strongly recommend reviewing the preview image before making a purchase
• By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the preview and agree to the no-refund policy

7. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
